All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on our platform are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.

Discontinuation of Cash Refunds: As of 01/01/2024, we have discontinued cash refunds for returned items. Instead, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the amount of the products purchased. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit and there is a $10 restock fee deducted as well.

Store Credit Terms

– The store credit is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

– It can be used for any future purchases on our website.

– The store credit is transferable (ONLY for our Europe Store).

Return Process: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at customercare@captbright.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on the return process. To qualify for credit, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened.

Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returned to Sender: If your package was unclaimed or returned for insufficient address, there is a $10 fee for us to repackage and send the products back to you. For international orders, the fee is $30. Please contact us via email at customercare@captbright.com, via chat, or Instagram.
